A 5-Day Deeply Transformational Retreat
in the Sacred Mountains of Kasar, Almora, Uttarakhand

This retreat is for those ready to stop running outside
and start listening within.
Intention Cards (₹799) included · Sponsored seats available
Nived Mishra is a life and mindset coach, NLP practitioner, Vipassana meditator, author, and the voice behind Unfiltered with Nived. He blends Vedic philosophy and ancient Sanskrit wisdom with modern neuroscience and NLP to create transformational experiences that are both deeply grounded and practically applicable.
There are places on earth where the noise simply stops. Kasar is one of them.
Silence is not the absence of sound. In the Kumaon Himalayas, silence is something you can feel, a living presence that holds you, questions you, and slowly returns you to yourself.
DH Lawrence wrote here. Swami Vivekananda meditated here. The land itself carries an invitation, one that transcends any tradition, religion, or belief.
At 2,116 metres, the ordinary noise of life simply cannot reach you.
Mountain air and the absence of stimulation allow your nervous system to genuinely rest.
Oak forests. Himalayan cedar. Snow peaks at dawn. Beauty that turns the mind toward the questions that matter.
The Kumaon hills have been a place of contemplation for thousands of years. Something here invites you inward.
Not a seminar. Not a workshop. Five days of intentional immersion, structured enough to create direction, open enough to allow genuine transformation. An intimate group where real depth becomes possible.
This retreat asks something real of you: time, presence, and a willingness to look inward without flinching. It is not for everyone, and that is by design. Before you apply, read both lists honestly.
The application is the first step of the retreat. It asks you to be honest with yourself before you even arrive.
Answer a few honest questions about where you are in life right now. This is not a test, it is an invitation to reflect on what you are carrying and what you are genuinely ready to face.
A ₹249 application fee completes your submission. You receive Intention Cards worth ₹799 immediately as a gift for applying.
Your application is read carefully and personally. We look for genuine readiness, not credentials. We shortlist the 20 people we believe will benefit most and are genuinely ready to show up for this work.
We reach out to every selected participant personally. If you applied for a funded seat, there will be a brief conversation with Nived before your place is confirmed.

No. The work draws on Vedic philosophy, modern neuroscience, and NLP, but it asks for no belief, follows no ritual obligation, and welcomes people of every background and worldview. The only requirement is honesty.
The walks are gentle to moderate, forest and ridge trails of a few kilometres, taken slowly and in silence. If you have physical limitations, there is a question in the application where you can share details, and we will adapt.
You will be asked to stay off your phone during retreat hours, that disconnection is a large part of why the work works. There will be a daily window to check in with family if needed.

The application fee is non-refundable, it covers the Intention Cards you receive immediately and the careful, personal review of every application. Retreat fees, paid after selection, are a separate matter and payment terms are shared with selected participants.
Yes. A small number of fully funded seats exist precisely for people who are deeply ready for this work but genuinely unable to afford it. One question in the application invites you to share this, and funded-seat applicants have a short personal conversation with Nived before confirmation.
Intention Cards are 30 sacred quality cards designed to guide your daily spiritual practice. Each day you draw one card and set a conscious intention around that quality. Created by Nived Mishra, they help you live with greater awareness, purpose, and inner alignment.
Not everyone feels called to this kind of work.
Not everyone is at the point where they are ready.
But if something in you has been quietly waiting for this,
You have read this far.
Something in you is listening.
The mountains will do the rest.
